We want you to love your Albaray pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Albaray garment tags remain attached and the items are in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
